Welcome to Studio Berivan! These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and purchases from our store. By accessing or purchasing from studioberivan.com, you agree to comply with these Terms.

Intellectual Property Notice

All rights to artwork remain the sole property of Studio Berivan, including after purchase. This applies to originals, commissions, prints, and any current or future reproductions of any kind.

Purchasing any artwork, whether original or printed, does not grant the buyer permission to:

Mint the piece into an NFT.
Print, reproduce, or distribute the artwork for commercial or personal profit.
Use the artwork for branding, resale, or other commercial purposes without express written permission from Studio Berivan.

Buyers may post images of their purchased items on social media, which does not breach this clause.

Liability

We are not liable for goods once they are in the possession of the collector. We do not refund, exchange, replace, or compensate for damage caused by mishandling, including:
- Smudging or staining the artwork.
- Tearing fine art prints.
- Damage caused by improper storage, framing, or environmental conditions.
As guaranteed under consumer protection laws, compensation is only applicable if:
- The product arrives damaged due to postal mishandling.
- A faulty or incorrect item has been dispatched.
Every print undergoes a thorough quality check before shipment. Only pristine artworks are packaged for delivery.

Returns, Replacements & Refunds

If there is an issue with your order, we will do our best to resolve it.

Returns: We accept returns only for damaged or incorrect items. Refunds or replacements are not offered for change-of-mind purchases.
Color Accuracy: We strive for accurate product photography, but colors may appear differently on various screens. We recommend viewing items on multiple devices if color accuracy is a concern.
Proof of Issue: To request a replacement, please provide a photograph of the item and the original invoice. This is to ensure accuracy and protect against fraudulent claims.

Shipping Policy

Processing Time: Each product’s estimated processing time is listed in the product description.
Dispatch & Delays: Our team is small and dedicated to shipping as quickly as possible. However, high demand or viral artwork may cause minor delays. We appreciate your patience!
Address Changes:
- Address updates must be requested within 24 hours of purchase.
- We cannot change the address after the item has been dispatched.
All orders are shipped from Thailand, while invoices are issued through Türkiye in compliance with Turkish tax regulations.
Studio Berivan is not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, a 20% restocking fee will apply, and shipping costs will be deducted from any refund.

Duties & Taxes

Studio Berivan is registered in Türkiye and follows Turkish tax regulations for invoicing. However, we are not liable for import taxes or customs duties in the buyer’s country.
Taxes and duties are not included in the checkout total. These fees vary by country and are determined by the local customs agency.
Buyers will be notified by customs (via mail, phone, or email) if fees are due. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay these charges.
If you refuse to pay import taxes, the package will be returned to us. Upon receipt of the returned item in original condition, we will refund the cost of the item minus shipping costs.
Items are declared at full purchase value for export purposes. We cannot falsify documents or mark packages as "gifts" upon request.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Türkiye, and any disputes shall be resolved under Turkish legal jurisdiction.
